  • Do you have other warehouse or showroom branches around UAE?

    Currently we only have our warehouses in Sharjah industrial area. Our Al Barsha branch in Dubai has closed down. Please view our contact us page for location and timings.

  • Can I use the furniture outdoors?

    All our products are handmade with solid wood and are designed for indoor use. Owners can choose to place furniture outdoors at their own risk. We recommend avoiding contact with water and surface cleaning agents; regular application of beeswax and teak oil will maintain the product's quality, giving you peace of mind about your investment.  


    Pinky Furniture & Novelties L.L.C. takes no responsibility for damages through wear and tear and general use.  

  • What happens once I place my order?

    Our team will contact you with product images and payment options via WhatsApp or email upon stock confirmation within 24 hours. We will also update your order delivery timeline. 


    We have the following payment options.

    1) Payment on delivery by cash or card (American Express Not Accepted)

    2) Online payment link to your email address

    3) We're excited to partner with @tabbypay to bring you a better way to shop! You can shop now and pay at the end of the month. No interest. No fees. Our team will forward a Tabby payment link to your email address or WhatsApp. Max limit per customer is 4000 AED.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Currently we only deliver within UAE and Oman.  For Oman, delivery, packing and customs will be quoted separately. Please contact seller directly for more information on customs, shipping freight and packing charges at info@pinkyfurnitureuae.com

  • Do you deliver all over UAE?

    We provide free delivery for purchases above 2000AED to Sharjah and Dubai. Purchases under 2000AED will incur a charge 100AED

    Standard delivery charge to Ajman is 100 AED

    Standard delivery charges to Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain is 200 AED

  • Do the coffee, side tables and mirror frames include mirrors and glass?

    Separate charges apply for glass and mirrors for coffee, side tables, panels & mirror frames. These are optional charges on the product pages. Additional charges may apply upon futher alterations to the product, kindly contact seller for a quotation. 

  • Do you alter the stain of the furniture?

    To alter the stain of the current product please contact the seller directly to enquire if it is possible and what are the charges for the alteration. These charges will be invoiced to you separately and are not included in the price of the product purchased.

  • Do you paint the furniture a different color?

    To alter the paint of the current product please contact the seller directly to enquire if it is possible and what are the charges for the alteration. These charges will be invoiced to you separately and are not included in the price of the product purchased.
